Plans are drawn providing an array of options of finishes for the client. An estimated price is then established

Concept plans approved

Plans are then approved as your budget is met. We then proceed with working drawings, building consent and pricing.

Contract Signed

Contract and Master Build Guarantee are signed and a deposit is paid. Construction starts and your building requirements are made reality.
