Right from the first time that we met at our building site with Peter we knew that he was very motivated to build us a home that we would love, and everyone involved would be very proud of the finished home. The early involvement with the architect really brought the project together and set the challenge. Peter’s team of very motivated and driven builders were craftsmen who set their standards high right from the start. The accuracy, detail and workmanship of the build was very important to Peter, which flowed on to his team.
Co-ordination of subcontractors and material shortages at the time due to Covid was particularly challenging, but we got through with minimal lost time and the standards of the work continued.
The flow of really good ideas was continuous and will serve us well into the future. We, as the homeowners, were included in all decision making before ‘the next step” (e.g. walk-throughs were inclusive at the concept stage and before they began the actual ‘next step’.

As first-time home builders we were unsure of what we were letting ourselves in for.
At the end we were grateful to have Peter’s experience / talent, his considerable knowledge and his constant communication.
